MSBL is a firm of retail property specialists. They offer a wide range of client services and expertise in acquisitions, disposals, rent reviews, lease renewals, investment advice and asset management.
Established in 1999, MSBL has built up an impressive client base, and is retained by a number of top retailers. MSBL also advise and act on behalf of a number of landlords, investors and developers.

Jomo have been commissioned by MSBL on a regular basis since 1999 to assist the company with all their marketing requirements. Jomo created their identity, suggested having a strapline and have rebranded the company twice since the launch of MSBL in 1999. We created and printed all their stationery which consisted of 9 business cards, compliment slips, letterheads and double sided property requirement sheets of which
they ordered more than 80k. Some 25 property requirement brochures were created for MSBL. Four 'Deals Done' fliers were created and printed to highlight recent purchases on behalf of clients and work done for
other clients.
A corporate brochure and oversize folder were created and printed. 'To Let' boards were also created, managed and installed by Jomo outside retailers throughout the UK for MSBL. For the staff annual visit to Barcelona Jomo created and produced polo shirts for each member of staff to highlight their individual

achievements. Jomo even sourced a supplier to produce two premium umbrellas for MSBL clients; one for their female clients and the other for their male clients. A large number of photographs were also taken of retailers for MSBL literature.
