Southsea Retail shopping area has over 500,000 of retail shopping floor space. 5.7 million people visit the area each year with an estimated spend of £241 Million. A brochure was required to promote available retail opportunities to retail property specialists.
We worked closely the client and with the two property agents. Visuals were created and the maps were drawn up in Illustrator. Photographs were commissioned locally and one computer generated image was used. This brochure was printed four colour process throughout on a 350gsm white art. Spot UV and matt laminate were used throughout. The pocket was glued then creased and folded. 1000 brochures were printed and delivered to the client in Southsea, Hampshire. This led onto four other projects for Jomo.
